The course consists of:
- 12 lifetime-access prerecorded videos that offer simple life-hacks to stick with evidence-based practices for a healthy and happy life
- 12 lifetime-access prerecorded hypnosis videos (aimed to “program” the desired life changes on the subconscious level)
- weekly emails with the steps for the week
- 3 live group video-sessions with Olga Tymofiyeva, PhD (1h + 15min)
- a private Facebook group to discuss the process with other participants

A: Similar but I use self-hypnosis to make it easier to stick 🙂 And it’s a practical course.

Q: What if I'm interested in some of the topics but not the others?
A: There is a great deal of flexibility. You can choose to work on some of the topics for several weeks and skip the others. During the live sessions and Facebook group discussions you'll be focusing only on those topics you worked on.
