Describe your challenge to Olga and she'll create a song made specifically for you — evidence-informed, thoughtfully written, and set to music you actually love. AI generates the music; words deeply thought through by Olga.
$50 per song — currently FREE in exchange for brief honest feedback after you receive it and a brief 30-day check-in.
To apply, EMAIL OLGA: (1) 2–10 sentences describing your challenge, what you've tried, and what success looks like in 30 days (e.g., "I want to make important decisions without constantly ruminating" or "I keep forgetting to maintain good posture"); (2) on a scale of 1–10, how much is this challenge holding you back right now; (3) 2–5 favorite songs or genres; (4) how to pronounce your first name; (5) a few things you enjoy — places, activities, anything.

Description: The course is taught by Olga Tymofiyeva, PhD, a former scientist and trained hypnotist, and was originally made for her six-year-old son (for him to follow when he is older).
The course consists of:
- 12 lifetime-access prerecorded videos that offer simple life-hacks to stick with evidence-based practices for a healthy and happy life (sample video week 1)
- 12 lifetime-access prerecorded hypnosis videos (aimed to “program” the desired life changes on the subconscious level) (sample video week 1)
- weekly emails with the steps for the week
- 3 live group video-sessions with Olga Tymofiyeva, PhD (1h + 15min)
- a private Facebook group to discuss the process with other participants

A: Similar but I use self-hypnosis to make it easier to stick 🙂 And it’s a practical course.

Q: What if I'm interested in some of the topics but not the others?
A: There is a great deal of flexibility. You can choose to work on some of the topics for several weeks and skip the others. During the live sessions and Facebook group discussions you'll be focusing only on those topics you worked on.
